Budget Soup

Can of tomato soup
basil
salt to taste
pepper to taste
heat soup, add three eggs and poach. Do not over stir just fold the soup. Once eggs are cooked serve and top with seasoned croutons basil, and parmesan cheese. Soooo good!! Enjoy.
